Oh, what’s this?
Well… it’s a remix project of mine. I’ve had a few requests from various people to remake/remaster/etc. songs from Somnium and before, and I’ve also randomly started some remixes and remakes. So, I figured, why not redo the whole album? Could be fun.
For now, here’s a small taste.
Yes, I realize I had yet another lack of updates. Sorry about that. Life has been remarkably busy… this is a tough semester, too.
As for good news, I’ve been gradually putting together some new tracks. Some of these tracks might move around the internet, if people choose to “leak” them or not. Heh. Regardless, I’ve been trying to do live streams whenever I work on music (which is not as often as I’d like it to be…) so keep an eye out on that Twitter page for when I’m streaming!
However, if you feel like chatting with me, even if I’m not streaming, and don’t want to use an instant message client, I did set up a chat room on the live stream page.
The UStream page has one too, but that’s, well, for the UStream, of course.
In other news, Borderlands has been very fun, and Mass Effect 2 was a fantastic game. Now that I found my charger for my DS, I can finally get around to finishing Spirit Tracks, and trying out some other DS games. Got any suggestions? I’m up for some new games.

In other news, Endless was released at midnight central time this morning! Go and grab it! I saw it on a few stores, but I’ll link you all to the Amazon MP3 Store page.

You heard right! January 1st is the official worldwide release of Endless! Look for it online at various digital music stores! (Yes, that does include iTunes and Amazon. But iTunes might be a wee bit late in the release… It takes awhile for them to process songs. It’s a bit of a pain. Amazon.com will have my songs up right on the 1st, though.) It’s my first release to stores, so as you can probably guess, I’m pretty thrilled for this. Now to just get the word out! I’ll need your help, friends. Do it!
Do some tweeting, Facebooking, whatever! And once it’s released, share it with your friends, family, your friends’ friends, etc.

Well, I’ve had it for awhile, but I finally got around to actually doing something with my Solatrus Facebook page. So far I can’t directly link to it, because I just sent the word out to a few people that it was there, but soon enough, hopefully, you’ll be able to type http://www.facebook.com/solatrus
Or something. Maybe I’ll try to integrate said page into the site here?
In music news, Endless is all done, I just need to figure out how to get the money to start distributing it. Yaaay.
Yeah, I’ve been working on some music lately. An LP, specifically. I need to finish it, though, and then figure out a few things that aren’t music related with it. (Album art, CD art, etc.?)

Well, here we go again. I ended up getting up early so I could carpool, and I’m early for my first class. Chemistry! Regardless, it’s honestly nice to be back in school. By the way, I go to Michigan State University now. GO GREEN! GO WHITE! If you read this blog and want to meet up, well, check my contact page for my AIM, MSN, or whatever. I probably wouldn’t mind grabbing a coffee at Sparty’s.

Yeah, it’s been a little while, hasn’t it? I’ve been sorta busy, getting ready to move, and then moving, and settling in at the new place. The semester starts tomorrow, so I, unfortunately, will be extra busy.
What does that mean with music? Well, it means I’ll have barely any time to write music, but chances are, since I’ll have less free time, I’ll make better use of it than I have over the past 2 months. I really want to get some new music for you all to hear. Regardless, I may try to see about getting some “guest artists” or something to swing by and work with me on some tracks. College towns, seriously, a lot of varied people.

Got a tiny bit of tweaking done with a few songs. Added a bit, not a lot, but… some progress is better than none, eh?
Got to be a bit too late to continue working, but oh well. Maybe tomorrow I’ll get some more ideas for the songs.

The Somnium and Dawn to Dusk pages are up and such. I might put Primus back up, but I’m not really sure yet at this point. It never really was an album. Rather, it’s a semi-ordered compilation of my oldest works. What do you all think? I can easily add it in, but at the moment I see no reason to display it here on the site.
Aside from that, I’ve nearly finished a song, and I’ll be posting that here and at the various other places I post my music at soon enough. Look forward to it within the week!
