Hello August

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

Hey guys, been trying to wrap up my project for the next Homestuck release. On a side note, I updated lucidity² over on the somnium² page, and I’m finally settled in to my new residence. Took awhile.

Keep your eyes peeled for more updates. They’re coming slowly! I’m really trying to get somnium² done this year. (But the next school year is coming up… oh boy.)

Bye for now.

Ugh. More Downtime.

Wednesday, August 4th, 2010

Hey guys, another bit of downtime from me.

But this one was actually a good reason (compared to my lazy bout of gaming last time): I moved, and I still haven’t gotten everything back up. In fact, I don’t have internet at my new place yet, so I’m posting this at work. Hah!

Regardless, I did work a tiny bit on some songs, mostly related to the MSPA team, though, so no previews. Sorry.

Anyway, I’m supposed to get the internet hooked up… right now, actually. So, my show’s on for tomorrow night. See you then on Skaianet Radio.

Skaianet Radio

Thursday, June 24th, 2010

Hey guys, I completely forgot to mention this last week:

On top of joining the MS Paint Adventures music team, I now manage an internet radio station for an MSPA fansite, Skaianet Laboratories. The radio itself is called Skaianet Radio, and my show (if you saw the link over on the right) is on Thursday nights from 8 to 9:30 Eastern time (UTC -4 until Daylight Savings Time ends, and then it’ll be UTC -5).

And guess what, today is Thursday, so I’ll have my show tonight! There’s also an IRC channel for the radio, if you’d like to join the discussion. (If that link doesn’t work, go to irc.skaia.net channel #radio in your favorite IRC client, such as Mibbit.)

Hope to see you there!

Lack of Updates

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010

Yes, I realize I had yet another lack of updates. Sorry about that. Life has been remarkably busy… this is a tough semester, too.

As for good news, I’ve been gradually putting together some new tracks. Some of these tracks might move around the internet, if people choose to “leak” them or not. Heh. Regardless, I’ve been trying to do live streams whenever I work on music (which is not as often as I’d like it to be…) so keep an eye out on that Twitter page for when I’m streaming!

However, if you feel like chatting with me, even if I’m not streaming, and don’t want to use an instant message client, I did set up a chat room on the live stream page.

The UStream page has one too, but that’s, well, for the UStream, of course.

In other news, Borderlands has been very fun, and Mass Effect 2 was a fantastic game. Now that I found my charger for my DS, I can finally get around to finishing Spirit Tracks, and trying out some other DS games. Got any suggestions? I’m up for some new games. :)

Facebook Page

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

Well, I’ve had it for awhile, but I finally got around to actually doing something with my Solatrus Facebook page. So far I can’t directly link to it, because I just sent the word out to a few people that it was there, but soon enough, hopefully, you’ll be able to type http://www.facebook.com/solatrus

Or something. Maybe I’ll try to integrate said page into the site here?

In music news, Endless is all done, I just need to figure out how to get the money to start distributing it. Yaaay.

UStream

Thursday, April 16th, 2009

I broadcast me working on music on UStream – http://www.ustream.tv/channel/solatrus-live

I do it regularly, so… yeah. There you are.

Whoa

Saturday, March 21st, 2009

I’m alive! I’ve been posting songs to various places. For example, I just created a SoundClick account, and I’m actively using my SoundLift page as well.

Sorry I haven’t updated much… I’ve been really busy with life. I went to Florida, you see. To visit this girl… ;)

Regardless, I’m still working on a little music. I’ve got a couple of songs going right now, I’ll try to get them done soon.

No new album for awhile, still, but I’m close to having enough songs for maybe an EP? Also, I’m going to be doing another site redesign within the next few months. Look forward to that. :D

Later.
